Friendly Shoes Size Guide

Measure your foot length in cm.
- Trace the sole of your foot (including orthotic if you wear one) on a piece of paper on the floor. Keep the pen as straight as possible for the most accurate drawing. Then measure from the back of the heel to the end of the longest toe.
On the size chart above, find the foot length closest to yours.
- If your foot length is between sizes, choose the bigger size.
Measure around the widest part of your foot in cm.
On the size chart above, find the circumference closest to yours.
- If your foot width is between sizes, choose the bigger size.
If your width and length correspond to two different shoe sizes, you will need to choose the bigger shoe size.
For particularly wide feet or AFO wearers, you are likely to measure one to two sizes larger for width than length.
Removing the insole will add an extra approx 1.3cm in width.

Friendly Force Grey Graphite
I am disabled and now use a wheelchair. I have always had problems buying comfortable wide fitting, lightweight shoes…the zips on the sides of the shoes make it so much easier for me to take on and off. They are my go to shoes. I have them in all the colours available.
