Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

Where is my order?
We aim to despatch orders within five working days, although some bespoke items may take up to ten working days. If you have registered online and set an account up, you can view your order status on the ‘My Account’ page.
Can I place a telephone order?
Yes, call us on 01434 634 457 and we’d be happy to take your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
If you wish to change your order or exchange items, simply complete the returns form below and send this together with your items to be returned.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
How do I return an order?

When should I expect to receive a refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, however having an account set up enables you go through the checkout process more quickly and you are able to see your order status and past order details on the ‘My Account‘ page online.
Do I need to sign for my order when its delivered?
Most of our items are sent via couriers, which require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery you will be left a card with contact details for the delivery carrier. You will be able to contact the courier directly and arrange redelivery.
Which payment methods do you accept online?
We accept payment via debit or credit card and Paypal.
How secure is your website?
We use the latest security technology to protect your personal information. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure website (with SSL certificate). Most browsers display a small padlock symbol on your browser to reassure you this is secure. Some operating systems will display a message too stating that you are entering into a secure web site. If at any time you leave the secure area of the site, your operating system may remind you that you are leaving a secure part of the site.
