What happens when you place an order online?
We will send you a confirmation email with your order details, including the items ordered and the delivery address. There will also be links to view your order status on the My Account page online.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can also check the status of your order on the My Account page online.
When will I get my items?
We aim to despatch orders within five working days, although some bespoke items may take up to ten working days.
Most Seenin orders are despatched using a signed for service unless requested otherwise.
Don’t forget you can visit the My Account page online to view your latest orders and delivery status.
What if I am not available on the day of delivery?
Most of our items are sent via couriers, which require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery you will be left a card with contact details for the delivery carrier. You will be able to contact the courier directly and arrange redelivery.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Any orders that have not been received should be reported missing within 14 days of the despatch confirmation date. Please Contact Us and we will investigate further. Please note that items must be reported as missing within 30 days of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.
International deliveries – Customs and duties
As all orders are shipped directly from the UK, you may have to pay customs fees when your parcel reaches your chosen shipping country. You are responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes, and you’ll need to pay these fees to release your order from customs.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
What is our return and refunds policy?
If you change your mind, you can return your order to us. We will refund and exchange products as long as the items have not been used and are returned to us in a saleable condition with all labels and packaging attached and undamaged. Please note we do not offer free returns and the costs of return must be covered by you.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to return your order to us. Simply complete the Returns Form and send this with your items to be returned.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Bespoke items and Name Labels refund policy
Bespoke items cannot be returned. Any item returned having had name labels attached will be subject to a restocking charge to cover the cost of removing the name label.
Can I exchange an item I have received?
Yes, we are happy to exchange items that have not been used and are returned to us in a saleable condition.
We understand that you may have ordered the wrong size or colour by mistake. This is not a problem and you can return items for exchange up to 30 days from receiving them.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
